This year has shown us just how important community is. Here in Fulbrook on Fulshear Creek, our residents enjoy a close-knit community and small-town atmosphere. We can’t wait to get back to hosting our year-round events. Find your new home in an active, family-friendly community!

Here are a few examples of past events in the community:

Spring Fling: Residents enjoyed a petting zoo, balloon artist, Easter Bunny meet and greet, and egg hunt.

Dive-In Movie Event: An exciting movie showing of The Greatest Showman while enjoying an evening at the Fulbrook on Fulshear Creek pool. Residents were wow-ed by a stilt walker before the show and enjoyed hot dogs and circus snacks during the movie. 

Cheers & Cheese Event: This adults-only, resident event was a great way to get to know neighbors and celebrate the community we love. From fun games and prizes to hors d'oeuvres and glasses of wine, a good time was had by all. 

Luau Party at the Pool: Residents enjoyed Hawaiian food and drinks, tropical music, and hula dancing lessons.

Fall Concert: Beautiful weather and live performance by Buck Yeager Band. James Coney Island served burgers and chicken to residents and Empire Communities was present to hand out koozies and beach balls as souvenirs.

Storytime with Santa: Neighbors came together to enjoy the holidays with crafts, ornament making, stocking stuffing, hot chocolate, sweets & treats, and of course, SANTA!
