Back to School in Lamar CISD

Back to school is right around the corner on Aug. 28, 2017 and it is time to start preparing your family for all the fun things that come with it.  Fulbrook on Fulshear Creek’s young residents will attend Huggins Elementary (K-5); Leaman Junior High School (6-8); Fulshear High School (9-11); Foster High School (12).

Not all schools are created equally. But living in Fulbrook on Fulshear Creek, your children have access to an exceptional education within the Lamar Consolidated Independent School District. With schools rated in the state’s top tier, LCISD has earned “Recognized” distinction by the Texas Education Agency.

New Schools

Students living in Fulbrook on Fulshear Creek have the privilege of attending the new Fulshear High School and Leeman Junior High, both which opened just last fall. If you are moving and you have children, it's essential you consider which school district and schools your children will be attending. Please note that with the transition to new schools, 12^th grade students will finish out at Foster High School.

Dates to Know

Huggins Elementary Orientation is August 17^th and Meet and Greet the Teacher Night is August 24th.

Leeman Junior High 6th Grade Orientation is August 17^th and 7th & 8th Grade Orientation is August 23^rd both from 4-6PM.

Fulshear High School 2 Day Freshman Orientation is on August 9^th and 10^th from 9AM- 11:30AM
